Mis-Etched Rolling Mill Plate. #45 plate has some pitting in the design.

This plate is classified as MIS-ETCHED, meaning certain areas did not etch as deeply or evenly as intended, or there may be a flaw in the pattern or a flaw in the steel surface.
However, the plate still contains fully usable sections that produce beautiful texture and can be used effectively for texturing smaller pieces of metal. These plates function the same as our standard 1/8" mild steel plates — just with some depth or cosmetic inconsistencies in select areas.
While not perfect, these plates still deliver strong, detailed texture in usable sections and offer a great opportunity to add to your collection at a reduced price.
